Are you concerned about your risk of brain decline now or in the future? Perhaps because you have noticed brain fog, poor memory or concentration or may be you have a family member diagnosed with dementia.

This talk will outline a diet and lifestyle approach that is being used successfully in the United States to reverse symptoms of brain decline.

Healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided!
