Are you concerned about your risk of brain decline now or in the future? Perhaps because you have noticed brain fog, poor memory or concentration or may be you have a family member diagnosed with dementia.

In November 2016, new figures from the Office for National Statistics showed that dementia is now the leading cause of death in England and Wales, replacing heart disease.

Whilst Alzheimer’s and dementia may be diagnosed in our 70s or 80s, the processes that eventually result in dementia occur much earlier – in our 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. This talk will outline a diet and lifestyle approach that is being used successfully in the United States to reverse symptoms of brain decline.

* * The approach is suitable for people to use BEFORE developing dementia, to optimise brain health. * * *

Healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided!
