Queensmead has become the first home in the UK to gain proxy access to Patient Access.
This allows the home to act on behalf of our residents to book appointments, request repeat medications and communicate with GPs.
A big thank you to all the team for their hard work setting the proxy access up and congratulations on being the very first care home to develop new ways of communicating with the NHS and improve technology in our industry.
