“All staff are always very welcoming and helpful for all mum’s needs. Mum has improved in her general wellbeing and shows this by her happiness and responsiveness. The atmosphere is fresh and enjoyable in the shared and her own private area.” – Gary H
“Alfriston Court was perfect for [my father]. He was happy and settled and really well looked after. The staff were wonderful with him and when I picked him up he was relaxed and content. His room was really nice and with a lovely view, I asked him how the food was and he said ‘very good’. I will be using Alfriston Court from now on for respite.” – Elizabeth

Fees for residential care start at £1000 per week depending on room chosen and the needs of the resident.
Our fees for nursing start at £1250 per week. This is not inclusive of funded nursing care (FNC). FNC is funding provided by the NHS to nursing homes to support the provision of nursing care by a registered nurse for those assessed as eligible.
Our weekly fees are fully inclusive. They cover accommodation, food and snacks, cleaning and support services, laundry, entertainment and activities, care and where required, nursing – there are no hidden costs. The only extra costs for you are in-room telephones, hairdressing, chiropody, toiletries, and your own travel.
For clarity, prospective permanent residents are asked to complete a simple financial questionnaire, which will ensure that a minimum of two years of funding is available.
We do recognise that there is often a requirement for speedy decisions to be made for nursing enquiries. We will give such enquiries our urgent attention.
