Chanctonbury Healthcare’s nursing care at Alfriston Court and Oaklands Court is completely modelled around the medical needs of our residents. Our amazing nursing teams are absolutely dedicated to providing the best care possible, taking great pride in putting together and delivering the best nursing care packages and receiving incredible feedback from residents, family and friends. We work closely with GPs so we can respond to your medical needs going forward.
Chanctonbury’s aim is always to help you feel at home, but added to that is the reassurance of expert professional nursing care at all times. You’ll get to know your nurses, which means there’s huge comfort in being cared for by familiar faces.
Added to our nursing care, of course, are the residential hospitality, the tailored leisure activities, lovely food (with an emphasis on proper nutrition), plus stimulating, fun, daily life.

All our homes are rated over 9/10 on independent review site, Carehome and we work tirelessly to improve on our good CQC rating. We collect feedback from residents, relatives and visitors on a regular basis and ensure that all our care is at the highest standards
